Invalid Submission Information
Texas residents who submitted their appliance rebate application may check their rebate status online. A “Rejected” status reflects either an incomplete or denied application. Reference the “Reasons for an Invalid Submission” list below for more details.
Only complete applications postmarked on or before March 9, 2011, will be marked as “Received.” It may take up to eight weeks to fully verify, process and finalize your rebate application.

Reasons for an Invalid Submission
- Incomplete disposal/recycling information
- Missing disposal certification
- Missing installation certification
- Incomplete installation address
- Missing proof-of-purchase
- Missing or incomplete rebate form

- Signature and date
- Incomplete retailer/licensed contractor
- Missing customer information
- Installation address contains PO Box
- Missing purchase price
- Missing purchase date
|1||Incomplete disposal/recycling information||Disposal/Recycling Information section on the application form must be completely filled out.|
|2||Missing disposal certification||The rebate application must be accompanied by proof of either disposal or recycling of the old appliance.|
|3||Missing installation certification||The rebate application must be accompanied by proof of installation and Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) certificate for your HVAC unit.|
|4||Incomplete installation address||Purchaser MUST be a Texas residential consumer, supplying a Texas home address for installation.|
|5||Missing proof-of-purchase||You must submit a sales receipt/invoice showing the retailer, date of purchase, appliance model and proof of payment.|
|6||Missing or incomplete rebate form||Rebate form must be completely and accurately filled out and submitted.|
|7||Incomplete proof-of-purchase||The sales receipt/invoice submitted must show the retailer, date of purchase, appliance model and proof of payment.|
|8||Signature and date||Rebate form must be signed and dated by customer.|
|9||Incomplete retailer/licensed contractor||Information regarding the retailer/licensed contractor is incomplete.|
|10||Missing customer information||Necessary consumer or personal information is missing on the rebate application form.|
|11||Installation address contains P.O. Box||Purchaser MUST be a Texas residential consumer, supplying a Texas home address for installation. P.O. Boxes are not allowed.|
|12||Missing purchase price||The sales receipt/invoice is missing the purchase price.|
|13||Missing purchase date||The sales receipt/invoice is missing the purchase date.|
